JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for set-up, lay-out , and tack-up of various precision frame weldments and brackets. Ability to tack up structures to tight tolerance. Ability to weld out precision frames to exact tolerances. Ability to hold final required cosmetic finish with angle grinders and sanders. Use ten / thirty ton crane in a safe manner. Read blue prints and spec. weld symbols in conjunction with required job details.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1.    GTAW (TIG) or GMAW (MIG) welding on mild steel and stainless.
2.    Square up and weld various geometries of components.
3.    Understand various weld form symbols on blue prints and understand   size of fillet forms.
4.    Weld both vertical and horizontal plane geometry.
5.    Fabricate/Weld industrial washers and/or ovens.
6.    Arrives to work, meetings, appointments, and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1.    High school diploma or GED
2.    Must own tools supply for daily tasks.
3.    Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and communication skills.
4.    Capable of MIG and TIG welding on various metals, primarily stainless and some mild steel.
5.    Should be able to perform frequent heavy lifting (50-100 lbs.) and continual bending and standing on a   concrete floor.
