Armor’s Lebanon Facility Expands on the Manufacturing Capabilities of the Mason Plant
Located only minutes from Armor’s Mason location, the Lebanon facility brings powder coating capabilities and additional manufacturing and warehousing space. Lebanon’s powder coat facility is equipped to handle large or small runs. Armor’s automated powder coat line can handle long assemblies and large squared pieces up to 2.5 ft. x 5 ft. x 20 ft. long. For larger items in smaller runs, the batch powder coat ovens can handle parts 7 ft. x 7 ft. x 7 ft.

Started in 2023, Armor Mechanical Thailand is The Armor Group’s Thailand operations. Our factory is equipped with a wide range of skillsets and equipment to provide high quality, comprehensive metal fabrication services and machine building to global customers.
Some of our notable offerings from our Thailand operations include Cincinnati Industrial Machinery washers and ovens, Processall plow mixers, and build-to-print contract manufacturing.
Capabilities
Our Thailand operations is staffed with certified welders, electricians, pipe fitters, assemblers, project managers and management with years of production experience in Asia, backed by engineering and support in the US and Shanghai, China. The 30,000 sqft (2,800 sqm) facility is equipped with two overhead cranes with a total capacity of 50-tons, welding and plasma cutting equipment, automated riser welding machine, pipe threading machines, drill presses, horizontal band saws, hydraulic pipe benders, and more. As part of our excellent Quality Control with a proven QMS program, Armor’s equipment in Thailand includes an Olympus alloy analyzer for testing metal compositions, a laser transit for machine manufacturing accuracy, and numerous measuring devices for insuring accurate tolerances on critical measurements.
Strategically located in Thailand’s East Economic Corridor near Bangkok, Armor Mechanical Thailand attracts top talent and provides customers from Asia to Europe reduced shipping times. Thailand manufacturing also delivers zero to extremely low tariffs.

Asia Engineering and Aftermarket Support
Armor’s facility in Shanghai, China, started manufacturing in 2012, producing many Cincinnati Industrial Machinery washers and ovens for local Chinese and global markets. While for many years the Shanghai operations expanded our industrial manufacturing and assembly capabilities to serve the rapidly growing Asian and Pacific markets, since mid-2023, its focus shifted to sales, engineering, and aftermarket support. Regional production facilities moved to Thailand.
With many years of manufaturing, engineering, and support expertise, Armor’s Shnghai office is well suited to support our local Chinese and global customers.
